Charlie graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Team Yates has over 40 years experience in real estate in Rutherford County. Team Yates was ranked #1 in Keller Williams Murfreesboro Marketplace, #2 in the Greater Nashville Area, #5 in Tennessee, and #10 in the entire Southeast Region. Charlie and Courtney have 3 sons and 1 daughter and attend Bethel Murfreesboro Church. Charlie, Courtney and their family enjoy water sports, bike riding, basketball and adventurous family vacations!

Josh Yates is one of our Buyer Consultants. Josh has spent the last 5 years excelling in servicing our Buyer Clients. His thorough knowledge of the market, discernment skills and friendly nature benefits our clients tremendously. Josh specializes in providing exemplary service in all aspects of Buyer's needs. Josh is single and enjoys being on the Church mission field. He enjoys a relaxing day at the lake or a SCUBA diving adventure.

Angela is our Listing and Marketing Manager. She handles all listings from Listing Agreement to Contract Negotiation. As Marketing Director, Angela designs all marketing layouts, take pictures, and produce flyers for your home. Angela is a licensed Affiliate Broker and moved to Murfreesboro from Atlanta, GA, where she has worked in Real Estate and related industries for the last 13 years. She spends her free time with her daughter, Taylor, who is an honor student at Blackman High School and accomplished violist.

Alex is the newest member of Team Yates, and is excited about serving our Buyers' needs! He majored in Finance at MTSU with an emphasis in Real Estate, and has a passion for helping buyers make wise decisions regarding what is usually their largest investment. Alex loves the outdoors and is an avid hunter.

Melinda Bourdon is a licensed affiliate broker with Keller Williams Realty who serves as a Buyer Consultant for Team Yates.  Melinda consults with the Buyer to help match them with the home of their dreams. Melinda has been in real estate for three years since relocating to Murfreesboro from Ventura County, California where she worked as a paralegal for many years. Melinda loves to travel, spend time at the lake, and is passionate about her two grandsons, Noah & Nathaniel. Melinda enjoys working with buyers and investors.
